CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT

Using John 6:12 “….let nothing be wasted” as their guidance, the grounds committee for one of the largest church campuses in the nation, Prestonwood Baptist Church in North Texas, embarked on a major energy and resources savings campaign in 2006. Part of this savings program included the installation of 28 SL1600 controllers and SLW weather stations that control more than 500 irrigation zones. The church has seen a 53% reduction in water usage since the SmartLine systems were installed and the landscape looks better than ever! Hallelujah! SmartLine works. Be sure to offer the SmartLine upgrade to church groups and other non-profit organizations that are aggressively “Going Green” to reduce operating expenses and be good stewards of their resources.

Quality is why Weathermatic exists. Max Snoddy started Weathermatic in 1945 because the products on the market did not meet his requirements. His founding statement made it clear: “Our quality is integrity, of our people, our design, and our manufacturing.” We were a contractor at that time, so, not only did we build the product, we installed and serviced it. Almost 65 years later, contracting is still in our blood and keeps our commitment true to the quality standards Max set out for us. Read more...
In the new world of irrigation, less is more. So you need more than a sprinkler system, you need a “Water Management System.” Weathermatic delivers quality and reliability in breakthrough products like SmartLine – now featuring the SLW15 wireless weather station so installation is simple and predictable in new and retrofit applications. And as the industry drives toward low volume, our Salco line, proven over 40 years, now features SmartInline pressure compensating drip tubing to complement one of the most comprehensive low volume lines in the industry. Smart products are found throughout the Weathermatic line like Turbo series rotors that adjust without a key and come standard with water saving check valves and low angle nozzles on every head. The core of the product family for five decades running is the legendary Weathermatic valve – proven water savers as the industry’s only complete line of 100% reverse-flow, normally closed valves. Put all these Smart Products together and build a complete Weathermatic Water Management System. Read more...
